Welcome to Split Ridge Campground
Located east of Lake Holcombe, WI we offer one of the most serene settings you'll ever experienced.
Split Ridge features 3 modern seasonal cabins, each with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, heat and A/C, a newly renovated bathhouse, and 23 campsites.
Campsites:
8 RV back-in seasonal sites with water, septic, and 30 amp electrical;
4 with water and 30 amp electrical; and
10 more with access to water.
The sites are nicely wooded with gravel driveway, there is an open shelter, called the Turtle Club, that overlooks the play area, and a 1.3-acre sand-bottom pond for swimming. The 160 acres that encompass the campground are very private, heavily wooded and located nearly a mile off the road. There are numerous trails for hiking, and ATV routes can be accessed directly off the property.
Our emergent marsh provides great habitat for waterfowl and other wildlife and is a wonder to behold. Come walk the trails and observe the two beaver lodges.

"Highly recommend!
We stayed at this campground in mid-Summer of 2022. Four generations of our family stayed here together during this trip, ranging from toddler-age to "very wise".
The playground, and bathhouse had already received major updates, though the new owners were still in the process of updating and upgrading a few other things even while we were there. They shared some of their plans for the campground and it will continue to grow in the wow-factor in the future. :) But we felt it was already a great place to be with what they had currently done.
It's an absolutely beautiful location, very peaceful with no road noise or signs of civilization. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and there were so many tasteful updates. The cabins our family stayed in had nice, modern furniture and amenities. We appreciated the fire pit with neat lighting outside our cabin, and the view from the back deck.
It rained during our stay and one of the cabins our family stayed in had a great porch where the kids could still play and adults could visit, in spite of the rain. It also had a nice open area inside the cabin.
There is a lake and a nice little grocery store a few miles away, and we passed a brewery on our way in, hopefully we can visit the brewery next time we visit Split Ridge Campground!
Highly recommend this campground, especially if the idea of an outdated campground from the 70's isn't quite your cup of tea. :) It's a special place. "
